Besides our staff, Crew West has an impressive pool of talented videographers, audio technicians, and producers. We work with all the major networks gathering news and sports in the southwest.
Teleprompter, grips, make-up, jib and dollies are employed when needed. Jim Farrell is our staff DP and we have a small group of freelance DP’s that are an integral part of our team. Check out our video examples here.

Message from Jim Farrell
Hello, my name is Jim Farrell, and I am the founder of Crew West. I started my career as a photojournalist in 1983 and in 1994, I founded Crew West with just one camera and some videotape. Since then, technology has evolved, and we have kept up with the changes. We have captured many historical moments and created a lot of content, thanks to our team of video professionals. Even if you only hired a two-person crew for your shoot, you can rest assured that you have the support of the entire Crew West team and a warehouse full of top-quality equipment to help make your project a success. We have been producing videos for our clients for over 30 years, and our track record speaks for itself. We are dedicated to getting the job done right and delivering the best possible results for our clients.. For over 30 years we have been producing video for our clients. We get it done.
